mins. Once again I overcooked my eggs, this time they were slightly runny at least.

taste: 4/5. Would have put more
dukkah and feta on as I was a little cautious with the
dukkah - used a
pre-made hazelnut one so really cut down the prep time. Boys
didn't like it as much, they just prefer their eggs scrambled with salt and butter.
would I make it again: No. Boys didn't like it enough which is a shame
because I thought it was a nice change.
